If you're in Amsterdam over a weekend you can't do much better than kicking off on G's Brunch Boat (particularly if the weather is looking good). Not your typical tourist boat - and SO MUCH the better for it - G's offers a two hour ride round the canals of Amsterdam (it sets off near the Anne Frank House) and provides great food, Bloody Marys and stellar music.
